The complete machine includes material frame part, tension mechanism (optional), upper nose line part, shape fusion part, deviation correction mechanism (optional), folding forming, shape cutter part, welding lug part, finished product output. Servo motor, ultrasonic welding technology, CCD visual inspection and sorting, mask packaging in one production line.
1. Material rack part: automatic feeding, brake cooperate with controller to ensure material tension.
2.Tension mechanism: The tension system can keep the tension of raw materials constant and make the force even, so as to reduce defects and save materials
3. Nose bridge section: the cylinder is welded by ultrasonic wave, and the nose bridge is automatically conveyed
4. Shape welding part: the mold is matched with ultrasonic wave to complete the texture welding.
5.Rectifying mechanism: It can keep the raw material in the middle all the time to prevent deviation, so as to reduce defects and save materials.
6. Folding: folding fabric
7. Shape cutter part: customized cutter, roll-cutting forming.
8. Flip part: turn the mask over.
9. Adopt full servo control, high efficiency, up to 70PCS per minute (±10%), low maintenance cost in later stage, and complete the welding of ear strap line with ultrasonic.
10. Finished product output: the finished product of the mask is exported to the visual detection system.
11.CCD visual detection: detect defective products of finished masks, and remove NG automatically.
12.Automatic packaging of finished masks: after the visual inspection is OK, the finished masks will be automatically packaged and exported.
