Caution for the use:

The temperature on the sealing joint of the electron tube glass and metal should not exceed 150℃, The temperature of wind at the inlet of the wind cooling tube should not exceed 45℃, and that at the outlet should not exceed 100℃. The temperature difference of incoming and outgoing water of the water cooling pipe should be about 10℃ and should not exceed 20℃, and the water temperature at the outlet should not exceed 60℃.
